MONTREAL, June 26th, 2019 - iBwave Solutions is thrilled to announce the newest release of their software suite, iBwave Design 12. The latest version enables 5G design for in-building networks, the long-awaited next-generation wireless spectrum.
“The throughput promise of 5G challenged wireline and wireless execution of network design. As a result, we broadened our portfolio to help operators deploy 5G effectively. Working with our operator community, we addressed wireline challenges in R11, and now with R12, we’re helping to drive in-building wireless deployments. R12 had an early release beta program allowing us to collect feedback and develop our design capabilities alongside our operators,” says Seth Roy, iBwave’s VP of Product Line Management and Development.
iBwave has optimized their 5G capabilities over the past year, with over ten operators, more than 100 beta users, and several lab-tested materials analyzed to prepare for the next generation technology.
With the addition of 5G, iBwave’s flagship product, iBwave Design re-enforces its position as the worldwide industry standard for in-building wireless design.
